I'm a freelance artist and run this shop solo. Each order is made, printed and packaged by me so during busy periods there may be a slight delay
If you're ordering as a gift please email in advance of purchasing so I can make sure I can meet your timeframe
Larger prints (A2+) are available on request. Pop me an email [email protected] to discuss further.
*A2 and larger prints typically take 2 weeks to dispatch as they are printed on demand and not held as stock
Shipping
Items are dispatched once a week using a royal mail collection service. Tracked 48 is a guaranteed service but 2nd/1st class is not
Please allow 2-3 weeks for uk orders (non tracked)
Please allow 4-6 weeks for international orders
UK
A3 print orders will be sent via royal mail 48hr tracked service
Smaller items will be sent via royal mail 1st or 2nd class please note if you need an item sooner please choose a tracked service
International shipping is possible & varies depending on item size & weight
When can i expect my order?
Order are dispatched once a week so please allow up to 7 working days before receiving a dispatch confirmation
Please choose correct shipping option on checkout
NB: any A3 orders placed using 2nd class shipping will be contacted to amend

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your product, we will happily issue you a refund or replacement. Please email [email protected] within 3 days explaining your reasons for returning and post it back to us within two weeks of receiving.
Please note that commissions are excluded and are non-returnable.
Unless your product is damaged on delivery you will be responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and for returning your item to us safely. We are unable to issue refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition. We recommend you return the product in its original packaging or something equally secure. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend that you return your items using a tracked service. Refunds will be issued only after your returns are received and will be processed within 1 week. Replacements will be sent out within 1 week subject to stock.
